Stage Manager – Brooklyn, New York, USA

This company is seeking a Production Stage Manager (PSM) and an Assistant Stage Manager (ASM) for its upcoming non-equity Black Box New Play Festival from Janaury 11th-25th.

The festival consists of two separate weekends of plays. Performances are: January 15th-18th and January 22nd-25th. Each weekend of performances is Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 7.30PM and Sunday at 3PM. Tech for each of those weekends starts on the Sunday before each Thursday opening. Tech for each weekend is on the Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evening prior to the Thursday opening.

RSMs are responsible for running all rehearsals, ensuring overall artistic quality and efficiency, you know, kind of what stage managers do. We entrust our RSM to run a tight ship and maintain the quality of performance experiences, which is key to the success of the overall entertainment program onboard our Lady Ships. This is a complex, multifaceted assignment where creativity, strong management skills, and exquisite communication chops are the keys to success.

Stage Manager – Dallas, Texas, USA

The Stage Manager will:
• Be responsible for communicating the details of the evening’s event to production crew and all relevant in-house departments. Responsible for securing required passes and tickets and prepares guest lists.
• Manage members of the Production crew and Greenroom staff.
• Ensure that members of the Band(s) have required items needed to perform the show(s).
• Supervise the Load-in and load out of band equipment and rental equipment.
• Be responsible for documenting disciplinary issues of production crew and reports actions back to Production Manager.
• Execute settlements per contract with artists post show (instead of point four).
• Ensure all in-house policies are enforced regarding staging, safety and show protocol.

Orchestra Stage Manager – Annandale-on-Hudson, New York USA

This summer (June–August 2026), Bard Summer Scape returns with a vibrant season of dance, theater, opera, music, and the beloved Spiegeltent. Presented by the Fisher Center at Bard, this celebrated multi-arts festival takes place in person on Bard’s idyllic 1,000-acre campus, featuring performances in the stunning Frank Gehry-designed performing arts center.

Reporting directly to the Orchestra Production Manager and working closely with the Associate Orchestra Production Manager and Assistant Orchestra Stage Managers, the Orchestra Stage Manager assists in the planning, preparation, and physical implementation of all rehearsals and concerts taking place at the Fisher Center and nearby locations, both on and off Bard campus.

Stage Manager – Columbia, South Carolina, USA

This Arts Centre is accepting applications for a Stage Manager. This position is responsible for the successful production of all events held at the venue. Following tech rider specs, ensures that all staging requirements are met including staffing, training, and supervision of a P/T production crew. Also responsible for the general maintenance of the staging area, including but not limited to flooring, lighting, dashers, etc.
