DESCRIPTION

The Koger Center for the Arts is accepting applications for a Stage Manager. This position is responsible for the successful production of all events held at the venue. Following tech rider specs, ensures that all staging requirements are met including staffing, training, and supervision of a P/T production crew. Also responsible for the general maintenance of the staging area, including but not limited to flooring, lighting, dashers, etc.

Qualifications: Requires a bachelor’s degree in a job related field and 2 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience. An Assoc. or Bachelor’s degree in related field and a minimum 5 years experience in an entertainment venue setting to include staging, lighting, and sound production is preferred.
