What does a mindset and lifestyle coach do?
Sofranie helps primarily women artists develop confidence, achieve career goals, and build sustainable lives. She works with clients over the course of a year, offering weekly one-on-one or group sessions. Her coaching is rooted in the science of mindset formation, particularly how subconscious beliefs from early childhood shape adult behavior. She focuses on self-image, boundaries, and goal-setting to help artists shift internal narratives and unlock their potential.
How did your career in circus performance begin?
After reaching the top of her sport in Taekwondo, Sofranie sought new challenges that embraced both physicality and femininity. She transitioned into classical dance, then was encouraged by a professor to audition for Cirque du Soleil. After training at circus school and continuing her Taekwondo career, she began working in German cabarets. She performed aerial silk and later became a singer, combining her love of movement and music.
What led you to become a coach?
Years of burnout from the demands of circus life culminated in a health crisis that left Sofranie bedridden. During her recovery, she realized she had been helping others informally for years and wanted to formalize her support. Inspired by a mindset program that helped her heal, she became certified and began coaching professionally. Her programs now help clients improve their self-image, navigate burnout, launch businesses, and manage creative careers.
What are common challenges artists face, and how do you help?
Many artists struggle with self-worth, financial instability, and navigating male-dominated environments—especially women working internationally. Sofranie provides emotional and strategic tools for setting boundaries, negotiating fair pay, and building confidence. She offers one-on-one sessions, reflective exercises, and custom plans tailored to each client’s goals. Her work emphasizes accountability and empowerment, particularly for underrepresented voices in the performing arts.
What advice would you give to artists feeling lost or burned out?
Sofranie encourages artists to invest in themselves and not wait until they are unwell to seek help. She offers free consultations and reflective tools to assess one’s current life and desires. Her core message: “You’re enough just the way you are.” She reminds listeners that transformation begins with one decision and that artists have the power to reshape their lives by changing their inner beliefs.
