Props Coordinator – Florham Park, New Jersey, USA

This theatre in NJ is seeking an experienced Props Coordinator (PC). Position will be responsible for constructing or sourcing properties and furniture for all productions/events; assist in maintaining a 20,000ft 2 scene/prop shop and inventory in a safe, secure manner consistent with all OSHA regulations; supervising and training all prop shop staff including over-hire, and intern labor; and managing show/prop shop budgets. The PC will collaborate with fellow production shop heads to ensure efficient and safe day-to-day operations.

Scenic Metal Worker – London, UK

We are looking for a Scenic Metalworker to join the Workshops Team.

The purpose of this role is to create the metal elements of the scenery for the shows and projects produced at the this theatre, bringing the creative team’s vision to life. Also, to interpret technical drawings, manufacture, modify and repair scenic elements using a wide range of techniques, tools and materials to the highest standards, whilst working alongside the ethos of the Theatre Green Book and following necessary safety processes. And finally, to collaborate with other departments within the Workshops team, Production Managers and Stage teams.

Scenic Artist – Kilgore, Texas, USA

This Festival is a rotating repertory professional theatre in East Texas. Their 2026 season of shows are: Midsummer Night’s Dream, Emma, Hamlet, 1776, and The Reluctant Dragon.

May 14 arrive / July 29 depart
$3,500 stipend / up to $300 travel / double occupancy dorm housing / 11 meals a week

Minimum Requirements: Experience in scenic treatments including, but not limited to, faux finish, carving, texturing, aging, distressing, and general working ability in both latex and scenic paint. The candidate should also have some experience in reading blueprints and color elevations and be comfortable working at heights above 16′. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated and safety conscious, with at least one year of professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Props Junior Builder – Stratford, Ontario, Canada

The Junior Builder is responsible for assisting with all aspects of props building under the guidance of Senior Props Builders and the Head of Properties. This role involves supporting projects that may include carving, sculpting, welding, metalwork, fiberglassing, soft props, 3D printing, graphics, and woodworking, ensuring quality and adherence to design specifications. Reporting to the Head of Properties, the Junior Builder collaborates closely with designers, assistant designers, production staff, and craftspeople to understand design requirements and contribute to basic prop construction tasks.
