Lighting Designer Assistant – South East London, UK

We’re looking for a dedicated, reliable and hands-on lighting designer assistant to support the technical and creative delivery of our bold new production Le Carnaval de Venise.

You’ll help realise an ambitious lighting design, contribute to the rigging and operation of equipment, and support a seamless technical experience across rehearsals and performances. This freelance role is ideal for an emerging technician looking to gain experience in live performance, site-specific work and festival production.

Assistant Master Electrician – Sarasota, Florida, USA

Florida’s premier professional theatre and one of the most important cultural forces in the Southeastern US is seeking to fill its Assistant Master Electrician Position primarily responsible for the running of both large-scale musicals and more intimate plays under the direction of Master Electrician. This is a full-time staff position which requires a candidate to be a resident of the community, modest relocation available. This position is under an IATSE 412 contract union membership is not required.

Production Technology Manager (Lighting, Audio, Video)– Orlando, Florida, USA

The Production Technology Manager (full-time, year-round) will support Orlando Family Stage’s production department in increasing the quality of Orlando Family Stage productions with lighting, audio, and video elements while maintaining our high standard for safety and quality. The Production Technology Manager works closely with and reports directly to the Director of Production Technology.

Head Electrician – Seattle, Washington, USA

The Head Electrician is employed on all shows and events that require the use of the Stage Department. Events may include corporate events, dance, comedy, musical acts, and more.

Responsibilities include working with the Head Carpenter to ensure the safe operation of the stage, supervising and assigning local crews, and collaborating with other stage departments to meet production needs. This role also involves working across departments for non-departmental shows (i.e., Non-Yellow Card shows) as directed by the Production Manager.
