Peak into Cirque Du Soleil’s “Drawn to Life” Creation Process and Act Rehearsals

Drawn to Life is coming to Walt Disney World Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Fla. Written and directed by Michel Laprise and with Fabrice Becker as Director of creation, this collaboration between Cirque du Soleil, Walt Disney Animation Studios and Walt Disney Imagineering is scheduled to open on November 18, 2021. The show will take residency at Disney Springs.
A video released by Disney shows how animation and acrobatics blend to create the new show. All-new animation sequences have been created for “Drawn to Life.” “Drawn to Life” reinterprets classic Disney Animation through Cirque du Soleil’s innovative design, acrobatics, choreography, and creative costuming. The show also features a score inspired by Disney music.
