If you want to get very good at something, this is the video for you. Eric Bates has learned a lot of things in his life: juggling, climbing, filmmaking, enough Japanese to rent a motorcycle in Tokyo and sleep in a karaoke bar in Nagano. There are constants to learning anything, no matter the discipline, a few things you just can’t get around. Consistency is one of them. In this video Eric breaks down some of the mental gymnastics he uses to keep himself consistent despite his many interests.
