Audio Supervisor – Becket, Massachusetts, USA

Audio Supervisor required for a Dance Festival. The Audio Supervisor’s primary responsibility is the planning, preparation, and facilitation of all audio elements of programming in three theatres as well as ancillary spaces across the campus. During the Festival they supervise the Assistant Audio Supervisor and Festival Engineer as well as the use and care of all rental and house audio equipment. They also support each theater’s Production Management team and Head Audio Engineers in executing a company’s audio requirements. The Audio Supervisor supports the Pillow’s non-festival programming which includes productions and residencies in the DDT during fall, winter and spring. A hybrid position, the Lighting Supervisor is housed and paid hourly for on-site in-person work and will receive a monthly stipend during non-festival months. Hybrid work will involve assisting the Director of Technical Production (DoTP) and the Senior Production Manager (SPM) as the main audio point of contact advancing all productions and preparing for the summer. During non-festival programming they are supported by overhire labor and will act as audio engineer as needed.
Audio Engineer – Crestwood, Missouri, USA

This theatre company in St. Louis is looking for an Audio Engineer for our 2026 season. Although start and end dates are flexible, they are generally from April to October.
The Audio Engineer works closely with the Audio Supervisor and Audio Assistant.
1. Required skills
a. Confident reading and interpreting drawings and plots.
b. Confident mixing multiple live mics for speech, lead and background vocal along with live musicians.
c. Demonstrate knowledge of standard equipment and practices to implement the Sound Designer+rsquo;s plans.
d. Experience with Digico SD9, Aviom personal mixers, L+rsquo;Acoustics PA, and typical musical theatre audio and video needs is required.
Sound Assistant – Garrison, New York, USA

The Sound Assistant works as a member of the Run Crew & works closely with the Sound Supervisor to execute designs at this newly constructed, Theater Center. The Run Crew will be an integral part of the production department providing support specifically to the sound, audio, and music departments through tech and performances. The theatre center is located in Garrison, NY, and operates under a unique open-air amphitheater. The Sound Assistant reports to the Production Manager and Producing Director.
