Calling Stage Manager – Georgia, Atlanta, USA

The Calling Stage Manager (CSM) is a critical member of the Production team, serving as the primary communication link between company and all members of a production—including artists, designers, and other stakeholders—throughout the full production period. The CSM is responsible for collaborating with visiting creative team members and staff to determine all rehearsal and performance needs for the production. The CSM will execute all elements of production technical cue calling and manage show paperwork to the best of their ability.

Production Stage Manager – San Francisco, California, USA

Application Deadline: July 31, 2025

A ballet company is accepting applications for the position of Production Stage Manager. This position has the potential to assume the role of Production Director in the future.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Overseeing all load ins and load outs in all venues
  • Hiring crews for non-union venues and tracking hours for payroll
  • Loading audio files into QLab on show computers and setting levels in venues with house audio
  • Providing event support onsite and off including gala, in-studio, and outdoor performances
  • Learning the season rep and stage managing all rehearsals and performances
  • Maintaining hard copies and scanned copies of all calling books
  • Providing daily support in studio to Artistic Director, Rehearsal Director, and choreographers with setting up and striking rehearsal equipment and props
  • Overseeing maintenance of studio floors (including regular hot mop, alcohol mop, and buffing as needed), measuring and maintaining taped marks for relevant venue stages
  • Maintaining sound equipment in studio and loading audio files onto rehearsal iPads
  • Providing video documentation support for designated rehearsals including upload/download, cataloging and distribution as needed

Stage Manager – Las Vegas, Nevada, USA

We are looking for a Stage Manager to join the team for our brand new production. The Stage Manager supports and organizes all the different teams involved in the day-to-day running of the production from rehearsals right through to performances and then post-show. They liaise and communicate with the full company and organize each team to ensure the smooth running of a production. This position reports to the Production Stage Manager. This is a full time position and the pay is $35/hour.

Production Stage Manager – Tennessee, Memphis, USA

Seeking a PSM for a professional, not-for-profit theatre and education organization in Memphis with a mission dedicated to live, diverse performances of William Shakespeare plays, as well as works of social significance by classical, Southern, and modern writers; and to providing innovative educational, training, and outreach programming.

Stage Manager – Pikeville, Kentucky, USA

Application Deadline: July 31, 2025

This arts centre seeks a Stage Manager for our upcoming productions. Contract dates are August 4th-December 21st, 2025. Weekly stipend and shared housing within walking distance to theatre with single room occupancy, wi-fi, and access to laundry facility at theatre is available.
