This Production Company is a dynamic and innovative animation studio dedicated to pushing the boundaries of character animation and storytelling. We are working on exciting projects such as Avatar: The Last Airbender feature film, Netflix’s Ghostbusters animated series and Stranger Things animated series, as well as our production Tales From Outer Suburbia by Shaun Tan.

About the role:

Create animation control rigging systems for complex characters and props using Maya;
Follow a brief and produce rigs to a high standard with a thorough understanding of controls and deformation;

Stage-Rigging Technician – Europe, North America

The Stage-Rigging Technician is responsible for the safe operation, inspection, and maintenance of all entertainment rigging and automation systems across shipboard venues. In addition to overseeing overhead equipment and backstage movements, this role provides general support during rehearsals and live performances, assisting with set changes, scenic elements, and cue execution.

Reporting to the Entertainment Technical Manager, the Stage-Rigging Technician plays a hands-on role in ensuring the integrity and safety of all suspended systems, while supporting the smooth technical flow of shows from behind the curtain.

Rigging Technician – Lake Worth, Florida, United States

This role involves both warehouse and onsite responsibilities related to production rigging. In the warehouse, the technician prepares and organizes rigging equipment under the guidance of Production and Warehouse Managers, including making steel cable drops and managing inventory. Duties include pulling, scanning, and returning gear, conducting quality control, maintaining equipment during the off-season, and coordinating repairs or replacements. Onsite, the technician assists with or leads the installation and strike of rigging elements, working closely with lead riggers while ensuring safety protocols are followed. Candidates should have at least two years of onsite rigging experience, a strong work ethic, general rigging knowledge, and a problem-solving, growth-oriented mindset.

Junior Rigging Artist – Vancouver, Canada

As a Junior Rigging Artist, you create high-quality rigs for props, sets, vehicles, and characters, adhering to production requirements using in-house tools. This position requires a proactive and collaborative approach, with a commitment to continuous learning and growth through interactions with fellow rigging artists. You will be taking direction from the Lead Rigger, directly collaborating with the rigging team, and absorbing everything from your team and the wider department. You will play a crucial role in contributing to a positive and efficient work environment, actively participating in the collaborative process of bringing animated content to life.

Entertainment Rigger – Various Locations throughout the USA

Are you passionate about stage installations or arena rigging and enjoy local travel? We’re looking for a skilled Entertainment Rigger to join a dynamic team.
