Description:Warehouse ResponsibilitiesPrepare rigging equipment and hardware for upcoming jobs Includes making steel cable drops, dog bones, etc., under the direction of Production Managers and Head of Rigging Pull and scan out rigging equipment and hardware for all jobs under the direction of Warehouse Managers Return and scan in rigging equipment and hardware from all jobs under the direction of Warehouse Managers QC all rigging equipment on a regular basis with direction from Head of Rigging Manage inventory of expendable rigging materials including steel cable, hardware, etc. Conduct yearly maintenance of all rigging equipment during the off-season under the direction of Head of Rigging Track issues with any malfunctioning/damaged rigging equipment Manage repairs and replace items under the direction of Head of Rigging Onsite Responsibilities Install and strike all elements requiring rigging Lead the installation and strike of all elements requiring rigging Work under the direction of the lead rigger to install and strike all rigging elements on larger jobs The rigging lead on these jobs will be an experienced freelance rigger or the Head of Rigging Observe full-time and freelance staff and alert your superior if standard industry safety procedures are not being followed Qualifications & Skills General knowledge of production rigging At least 2 years of onsite rigging experience Hardworking self-starter Creative, with a problem-solving mindset Motivated to learn and grow in the production industry Full-Time Hourly Position Compensation Hourly Rate: $26/hour Overtime: Paid after 40 hours per week Potential for end-of-year bonus based on performance Benefits 401(k) Plan: 4% company match after one year of employment Health Insurance: Additional details available upon request Personal Time Off: 10 paid PTO days during the first year
