Telling Stories with Body & Buildings; A Circus Tour of Melbourne with Emma Serjeant

Emma Serjeant is a prolific circus artist, producer, director and instructor from Australia whose work has touched all of their circus institutions and turned things gold, from Circa where she got her start, to the company Casus which she co-founded with friends. She even helps direct the student shows at NICA where she once attended. In December of 2015, I spent a day with Emma getting a tour of Melbourne’s circus world and learning about her many projects, from residencies to one person shows to collaborations.
