We are seeking a skilled Assistant Head of Automation and Stage to join our Stage and Automation team. As assistant Head of Department you will support the Head of Automation and Stage in the day-to-day planning and running of a busy Technical Stage and Automation Department.
Automation Technician – Carnival Entertainment, Touring

The Automation Technician is the operator of the automated stage rigging system in the main theater (up to 32 axes of automation) for all shows and activities (includes full‐cast production shows, magic shows, variety shows, Welcome Aboard Show, Game Shows, lounge talks & presentations and more). She/he is also responsible for the cleaning & maintenance of the drops as well as assisting the Floor Technician with the maintenance and repair of the scenery and props.
Entertainment Rigger and Stage Technician – Disney Cruise Line, Touring

As an Entertainment Rigger & Stage Hand Technician you will partner with the Automation Operator for the maintenance and safe operation of all shipwide automation and rigging systems. You will report to Senior Technician Walt Disney Theatre.

Assist the Rigging Specialists in the positioning and operation of production and entertainment programs. Maintenance and weekly inspections of all rigging systems. Troubleshoot and repair all related equipment. Work with the entertainer flying systems, silks, props, and harness equipment.
