Sofranie Trencia – Certified Mindset and Lifestyle Coach: “I wish people would take the chance to say, Hey, I need help” (StageLync Podcast Ep.47)

Sofranie is a certified Mindset and Lifestyle Coach with a master’s degree in Arts Management from HEC Montreal. A former world champion in Tae Kwon-Do, she won a bronze medal at the Festival Mondial du Cirque de Demain in 2001.

With extensive experience as a Circus Artist and Jazz singer, Sofranie combines her diverse background in the performing arts with her knowledge of neuroscience and psychology. She is dedicated to empowering artists to unlock their full potential and transform their lives.
