It’s World Circus Day, Please Enjoy This World Juggling Tour Video!

For World Circus Day, April 21st, 2018, Fédération Mondiale du Cirque achieved what they call unprecedented worldwide collaboration from the circus world in the form of a joyous juggling video as the camera follows three juggling clubs that travel more than 98 thousand kilometers over a period of five months. The clubs visited circus schools, circus festivals and circuses, toured the places in Philip Astley’s circus circuit and even visited the juggling children of Afghanistan, with over 400 participants taking part in the inspiring result–juggling. Federation president Urs Pilz and executive director Zsuzsanna Mata expressed their wish for more collaborations of these sorts in a statement, “We hope that the World Juggling Tour initiated and carried on by the Federation opens the possibility of working together in other challenging projects in the future.”
Circus Talk would like to congratulate the organizers and participants in the video and to wish everyone a happy World Circus Day!
