The Production Assistant’s role is to provide operational support to the artistic and venue management teams. This is a part-time, temporary position encompassing the load-in, performance period, and load-out for the Princeton Festival in June 2026. The Lead Production Manager oversees all technical and logistical aspects of multiple touring theater productions. This role ensures that each performance is executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest artistic standards while managing budgets, schedules, and personnel across multiple titles.

Technical Stage and Production Manager: North America, Europe

We are looking for an experienced Technical Stage and Production Manager for a cruise ship with a minimum of 5 years professional theater experience, 3 years ship experience and operational knowledge of automation, sound, light and broadcast.
Fluent English speaker with a positive attitude and proven strong managerial, administrative and organizational skills. Must be competent in Microsoft office and theatrical safety policies and have a hands on approach with excellent management skills.
This contract will be 4-6 month contract, single cabin with competitive salary. This role is a working position calling shows overseeing the entire theater and ship wide theater operation reporting to the Cruise Director.
Qualified candidates must be able to pass a medical, obtain background check and C1D visa if non US and have excellent references for the leadership role.
