AEA Stage Manager – Sarasota, Florida, USA

Candidates should have experience navigating a rehearsal and production process for a new musical and be comfortable working with a variety of diverse personalities and viewpoints, anticipating and solving problems quickly and efficiently, and tracking show operations with great attention to detail. Strong knowledge of the theatrical production process, IATSE and AEA work rules is preferable.

Technical Stage Manager – UK wide

Application Deadline: Apr 30, 2025

Your responsibilities would be central to the smooth running of the tour. This will involve driving the van with the set, providing technical support during get-ins and get-outs, and offering general production support. Technically operating the shows. Additionally, there will be an element of well being support and pastoral care for the team while on tour. Prior to starting the project, you would attend and complete a Mental Health First Aid training course, which would be booked and paid for by the company.

Stage Manager – Cruise Line

Oversee all aspects of live show performances in the theatre while providing leadership, coaching and development for the Main Stage Performers; also act as Company Manager for Cast Call all technical show cues (extensive show cues with automation, audio, moving lights, spotlights, electronics, pyrotechnics, and performance flying systems) and manage Performers for all onboard performances. (Inclusive of deck parties, as directed.)

Stage Manager – Los Angeles, California, USA

A dance company seeks an experienced Stage Manager to join the company for international and domestic touring engagements. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting complex, large-scale performances in theaters around the world. A strong background in stage management for dance, theater, and/or opera is essential. The successful candidate will be a skilled multi-tasker, a clear and effective communicator, and possess strong time management and detail-oriented documentation skills.

Deputy Stage Manager – UK

We are looking for dancers with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience who are…

Oversee performances and rehearsals, and look after elements of the running the show to ensure it’s smooth and safe delivery. Prepare and reset all props and space requirements for shows and rehearsals, and ensure stage and rehearsal environments are set-up and maintained as required with appropriate set, props, and other effects, as necessary.
Create and maintain a clear Prompt Copy/ Book for the show. During the rehearsal process, ensure the rehearsal space is prepared and maintained, and create daily rehearsal calls. Scheduling call times for rehearsals, technical rehearsals, performances, on-off events and other needs of the production alongside the Company Stage Manager and General Manager.
Working with the Company Stage Manager and Production Manager on health and safety processes and procedures.
Assist with the running of rehearsals and performances. Assist the Stage Management team with rehearsal requirements and requests.
