Production Manager – Arts Festival: Dumfries, Scotland

The engagement is structured as two days per month from August – November, four days in December 2026, followed by an intensive delivery period of 12 days in January 2027. The Production Manager will need to be available for two days between 7th and 11th September as part of our Immersive Lab R&D period. The Production Manager needs to have experience working with SAG, and experience of mapping would be beneficial.

We work in a very unique way, combining the expertise of specialist creatives and technical teams with a hard-working army of volunteers and trade sponsors who work to make the festival possible through intensive build weekends.

Production Manager – Touring: Houston, Texas, USA

The Production Manager (PM) is an essential member of the leadership team and oversees all production elements of this company’s theatrical touring productions from concept through close-out. Based in Houston, Texas, the PM leads production planning, budgeting, logistics, technical execution, and touring operations while working closely with producers, creative teams, venue partners, and touring staff.

The PM serves as the primary liaison between creative, technical, and operational departments to ensure productions are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget. This position requires frequent travel to rehearsals, production builds, technical rehearsals, tour launches, and select engagements throughout the life cycle of each production.

Production Manager – Technical Department: Chesterfield, Missouri, USA

Supervises: Technical Director, Costume Shop Manager, Production Coordinator, Props Supervisor (seasonal), Scenic Charge (Seasonal), Lighting Supervisor (Seasonal), Audio Supervisor (Seasonal), Deck Supervisor (Seasonal), Wardrobe Supervisor (Seasonal). FLSA Status: Full-Time, Year-Round, Exempt.
Support the commitment to preserve and advance the art of Theatre by leading the Production Department. Supervise and implement the vision of the artistic team while remaining within the available resources of time, budget, and personnel.

Production Events Manager – Performing Arts Institution: New York, New York, USA

The Events Manager plays a critical role at this company, collaborating with multiple teams across campus to coordinate select performances and events in support of the artistic and operational goals of the institution. This role works to supply each assigned event with appropriate resources from various producing departments, all while maintaining goals of excellence and creativity.

This role is distinguished in coordinating the technical, physical, and operational needs of unique events ranging from performances, lectures, recitals, presentations, panels, speaker series, donor events, artist showcases, and more.

Production Manager – Performing Arts Center: Springfield, Illinois, USA

The Production Manager oversees all technical and backstage operations for this Auditorium, a 1,735-seat performing arts venue in Springfield that presents professional touring productions including Broadway musicals, concerts, comedians, and other live events. Responsibilities include event production management, technical advancement, staff supervision, budgeting, equipment maintenance, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all backstage activities. This position serves as the Auditorium’s Chief Safety Officer, developing and enforcing safety policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with University and OSHA standards, and supporting the successful presentation of touring, campus, and community events.
