In each episode we’ll be exploring changes in the circus sector, impactful news in the performing arts world, as well as information about upcoming shows and events from around the world for the coming month. We’ll take a look at all parts of the circus world, from circus job listings to circus education and business, plus more.

In the August episode of Press Pass, we cover the news about the summer Juggling Festivals IJA(International Jugglers Association) & EJC (European Juggling Convention), we recall our PRO Talk with Adrian Berry and Flora Herberich on How to Pitch Your Show. I review Teatro Zinzanni’s opening in Chicago, as well as interview Ottavio & Naomi Gesmundo on their duo act in the new touring show Stars Above by Hideaway Circus. We also talk about upcoming circus events and current job listings as always and associate editor Lydia Nord weighs in with Cirkus Smirkus on the prevalence of summer circus camps as part of well-rounded circus education.
