Eric Bates is a co-founding member of Cirque Barcode, a Montreal-based contemporary circus company with a goal of sustainable touring. He currently tours with their show Sweat & Ink and is co-creator of their second show, Branché, an acrobatic show that takes place in forests and parks. He is also working on a book about the creation process to help small companies make their first show.
