Susan is an internationally recognized Show Director, experience designer consultant, and creative leader with over 30 years of expertise in immersive environments, branded entertainment, large-scale ceremonies, touring and resident productions, and broadcast television. Beginning her career rooted in dance, Susan’s practice evolved into a multidisciplinary approach that seamlessly blends performance, choreography, creative direction, and experience design.

Having worked across more than 55 countries, Susan has partnered with diverse cultures and global brands, demonstrating an intuitive understanding of audiences and a keen ability to translate artistic vision into compelling, scalable experiences. Her work is distinguished by a foundation of creativity, cultural sensitivity, and the seamless fusion of storytelling with spectacle.

Recent highlights include directing the 2025 Canada Day celebrations in Ottawa, designing for a permanent Universal Studio’s Jurassic World experience in Bangkok, and leading the creation of SPIRIT by Cirque du Soleil for The Macallan, a sensory branded experience that premiered in 2024. Additionally, Susan served as Show Director for the Opening Ceremony of the 2022 Games in Kuwait.

Through her consulting practice as an experience designer consultant, Susan focuses on shaping creative strategy, elevating brand narratives, and guiding multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, high-impact productions.
