San Diego Circus Center’s Academy is a place where aspiring artists turn passion into purpose. Our Academy is a vibrant learning environment dedicated to developing tomorrow’s circus professionals . Here, you'll find unique programs designed to meet the diverse needs and goals of every artist. Each program offers structured, intentional training grounded in our Six Pillars of circus—Dance, Clown, Aerial, Ground, Rebound, and Foundation—ensuring a well-rounded, professional education.

Preparatory:
The 9-month Preparatory Program equips aspiring circus artists (ages 17-23) with full-time training to prepare for admission into leading international circus schools

ProTrack:
The Protrack Program provides up to two years of full-time training for artists (ages 18-28), blending advanced skills with professional development to prepare for a circus career.

Residency:
Our Residency Program caters to advanced artists with unique, individualized needs, offering tailored support beyond a traditional school program.

Master Youth Intensive:
The 5-week MYI summer program offers students ages 12-18 immersive training with top instructors to elevate their circus skills alongside industry professionals.
