2024 Circus Historical Society Convention ^expired

The 2024 CHS convention will be held in Atlanta Georgia at the Marriott Northeast/Emory University Area hotel from Sunday August 4 through Wednesday August 7.

After a special meeting with the "First of Mays," the convention will begin with a reception at 5:00pm on Sunday August 4 and end after the auction at 9:30pm on Wednesday August 7.

This year’s convention will feature world-renowned circus artist Bello Nock! Bello will discuss circus history and culture in an exclusive interview titled Circus: Yesterday, Today, and Tomorrow with Legendary Circus Artist Bello Nock!

There will also be twenty other presentations and panel discussions on a wide range of circus history topics during the convention. The annual banquet, awarding of the 2024 Thayer Prize, and our first-ever circus history trivia contest will be on Tuesday.
