I am a specialist in teaching somatic behaviour.
I have over 50 years studying and teaching movement and poise. I have been involved in the circus arts since the early 80’s where I first performed duo trapeze in a variety show in the Bahamas. I've since also performed the following act in a social circus setting: flying trapeze (catcher), rollabolla partner adagio (base), quartet adagio, and duo roller skating. I have taught at San Francisco's Circus Center for over 25 years where I was director of the trampoline department.
I maintain a private practice focusing on physical skill development, neuromusculoskeletal healing through the integration of Asian manual therapies, orthopedic and osteopathic bodywork, and rehabilitation exercises.
I also teach related workshops and continuing education seminars around the world to movers, healers, and teachers from a variety of disciplines including circus instructors, Pilates instructors, yoga instructors, personal trainers and manual therapists.
