Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Aerial Arts Coach to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have advanced skills in aerial arts and a strong desire to contribute to our growing programs. You will be responsible for teaching high-level aerial skills, artistic coaching, and inspiring students of all ages and abilities. We are seeking aerialist who can coach Rope, Silks, & Hammock. Any other disciplines or apparatuses are a bonus!

Key Responsibilities

Teach Aerial Curriculum: Create and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to various skill levels, from beginner to advanced aerialists.

Instruct Safe Practices: Ensure all students are taught proper safety techniques and maintain a safe learning environment.

Foster Growth and Development: Encourage students to set and achieve personal goals, providing constructive feedback and support.

Collaborate with Team: Work closely with other instructors and staff to continue building programs and presence for the Arizona Circus Center.

Promote Studio Culture: Cultivate a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere that aligns with our studio’s mission and values.

Community Engagement: Participate in studio events and outreach to help grow the studio's presence and attract new students.

Requirements:

Experience teaching in aerial arts, with proficiency in multiple apparatuses such as silks, rope, and hammock.

Comfortable teaching a variety of levels and strong interpersonal skills to connect and motivate students.

Comfortable teaching all ages starting at 6 years old.

Willingness to coach multiple days a week, including evenings and weekends to accommodate class schedule needs.

Ability to navigate software to communicate and collect client payment/information.

Prepare To Present:

We would like to see a resume and a prepared lesson plan for a high level class of your choice.
