Tom Ball Joins ‘That’ll Be The Day’ for London Palladium Return

Britain’s Got Talent and America’s Got Talent: All Stars sensation Tom Ball to join the cast of smash-hit phenomenon That’ll Be The Dayas a special guest when it returns to the London Palladium in February 2026. A decade after this beloved tour last packed out the iconic London venue, this return commemorates the 40th anniversary of That’ll Be The Day dazzling audiences across the UK. Led by the show’s much-loved creator and performer, Trevor Payne, and its multi-talented cast of musicians and singers, Tom Ball brings his world-class vocals to this very special anniversary performance.
Since his rise to stardom on Britain’s Got Talent in 2022, Tom Ball has become an internationally acclaimed recording artist, achieving eleven No.1 global chart rankings, amassing over 140 million views online and releasing a Top 5 UK Official Charts album, Curtain Call. Ball’s special guest appearance for That’ll Be The Day’s performance at the Palladium will see his outstanding talents meet the wonderful ensemble to amaze the audience.
Returning to the Palladium with its trademark mix of laughter, nostalgia and the timeless hits, That’ll Be The Daypresents a phenomenal homage to the legendary writers and performers behind these world-famous hits. From the rock ‘n’ roll classics of the 1950s to the unforgettable anthems of the ‘80s, this feel-good production is a joyous journey through the songs that have defined generations. Packed with over 60 nostalgic hits from the likes of The Beatles, Cliff Richard, ABBA, Tom Jones, The Rolling Stones, Tina Turner, Elvis Presley, The Eagles and Diana Ross, the show promises to leave audiences wowed. In addition to its music, That’ll Be The Day delves into the cultural spirit of the past with laugh-out-loud comedy sketches and iconic vintage adverts that transport audiences back in time.
