Audio Supervisor – Crestwood, Missouri, USA

This professional musical theatre company is seeking an audio supervisor to join our 2026 Season. The Season, which runs from May through October, consists of three large-scale musicals: The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, Guys and Dolls, and Come from Away. Start and End dates depend on each individual position. All seasonal positions are paid bi-weekly on Fridays. Although limited, housing is available on a first come first serve basis. Head Audio Engineer – Bristol, Pennsylvania, USA

Position: Head Audio Engineer (A1). Terms of Employment: Part Time, Year-Round. Salary: $28.09/hour (in accordance with Local 8 Collective Bargaining Agreement). Union Status: IATSE Local 8 (do not need to be union to apply but must join once hired).

Bristol Riverside Theatre seeks an experienced and collaborative Head Audio Engineer (A1) to oversee the implementation, operation, and maintenance of all audio and video systems for the theatre’s productions and events.

Audio Systems Engineer – Birmingham, Alabama, USA

Application Deadline: May 31, 2026

This role supports the management and maintenance of campus-wide audio infrastructure, including Dante-based and networked audio systems. Experience with Dante is preferred, with opportunities for on-the-job learning. This role may also provide occasional support for mainstage productions as needed.

Sound Designer – Cortland, New York, USA

This theatre is accepting resumes for our Sound Design positions for our 2026 summer season. We are a professional theater located in upstate New York, a half hour south of Syracuse, on the edge of the Finger Lakes Region.

Our 2026 summer season will run from May 18 – August 15. Shows include Oklahoma, Baskerville, 9 to 5, Daddy Long Legs, and Annie, plus a few other special events throughout the season.

Sound Designer and A1 Engineer – Clarksville, Indiana, USA

This Dinner Playhouse is one of the oldest and largest continually operating professional dinner theatres in the country, located in southern Indiana (Louisville, KY area), seeks a full-time Resident Sound Designer/Engineer.

The Sound Designer/Engineer designs and runs sound for 8 productions over the calendar year. This is a full-time salaried position with benefits, and this A1 is a part of a small staff of artists, producers, and technicians serving 200,000 audience members annually. Medical insurance available after 60 days of employment with a portion of cost paid by Derby Dinner and a portion paid by employee; 401(k) plan available; Paid vacation; Assistance with relocation, if applicable.
