Junior Casting Manager Entertainment Services  –  Berlin, Germany

Ensuring continuous staffing of entertainment positions on board Cruise fleets, taking into account the job requirements and specifications of the operational departments. Creation and communication of deployment plans and tenders for the positions to be filled plus administration and organization of the artist area. Organisation, application, implementation and evaluation of castings (live & online) in the artistic field (dance, acrobatics, acting, singing, music) in close cooperation with the specialist department.

Casting Advisor & Scout (Trampoline & Tumbling) – North America

As a Casting Advisor & Scout (Trampoline and Tumbling), you will support the casting needs of the Resident Show Division while also contributing to the touring shows division, new creations, and special events. Additionally, you will oversee the Trampoline and Tumbling talent pool, manage scouting initiatives and conduct specialized evaluations for all rebound disciplines. This position reports to the Manager of Talent Scouting and Resident Show Division (RSD) Casting and will be based in Las Vegas.
