WheelFest Workshops ^expired Free

WheelFest is offering a series of specialized workshops for both wheelers and non-wheelers in three workshop time slots:

-Friday, July 17: 8:30am-10am
-Friday, July 17: 10-11:30am
-Saturday, July 18: 11:30am-1pm


In each time slot, we will offer 2-3 different workshops in the following categories:

Specialized Wheel Gymnastics workshops:
- Advanced vault: "Working towards a full twist"
- Advanced knee-hang combinations
- Spiral Technique

Circus Arts - workshops for everyone:
- Wheel Gymnastics and Cyr Wheel for Beginners
- Aerial silks
- Stilt walking
- Functional movement and performance fitness

**WheelFest and all WheelFest events are held in conjunction with the 2020 Wheel Gymnastics World Championships.
