🗓️the workshop will take place from the 30th of September until the 6th of October and it will be organized as follows:
• 30th September: welcome day, settle in, enjoy the beach or a splash in the swimming pool 🏊‍♂️
• 1st October: regular classes 🤸🏻‍♀️
• 2nd: regular classes 🏋️
• 3rd: excursion 🌴
• 4th: regular classes 🤸🏾‍♀️
• 5th: regular classes 🏋🏾‍♂️
• 6th: jam session, aerial games, goodbye dinner 🌱
• 7th: check out by 10.30 am 🚀
🤓The day shedule will be:
• 8.10 am pick up from Burgau 🚐
• 8.30-9 am warm up/Yoga wake up🧘‍♀️
• 9-13 silks/rope classes💃🐍 (with break for snack and drinks!)
• 13 pm break for lunch, coffee, relaxation ☕🌊
• 4-7 pm jam and sharing🌀
• 7-7.30 cool down💆‍♂️
• 7.30 pm ride back to Burgau🌙
✨free time to enjoy the beach, have dinner and spend time together!
🏆All levels are accepted. The only requirement for beginners is to be able to climb and do footlock, hiplock, catchers🏆
‼️We offer: accomodation in a beautiful, spacious, well equipped flat with swimming pool in the pitoresque village of Burgau, 5 kilometers from the training spot.
It's a quiet tiny fisherman village on the South coast of Portugal, close to the beautiful town of Lagos.
In Burgau you can find everything you need without having to drive anywhere: supermarkets, grocery stores, souvenir shops and a good choice of restaurants.
⛱️The beach is about 3 minutes walk from the flat so you will have many chances to enjoy it.
You will be picked up from Burgau every morning to spend an intensive day of training near the village of Barao Sao Miguel, immeresed in nature 🌴
🏞️ the excursion needs to be paid separately and has an extra cost of 40 euros each person.
✨we decided that a break might be needed, as the training will be very intensive, and it would give you the chance of getting to visit some of the amazing spots that tnis area offers.
we will offer an excursion by kayak in Lagos to explore the caves🛶
(if the weather doesn't allow, we will provide a different option, a hike around Sagres to see the cliffs and a beach tour).
a packed lunch will be included in the price

🇵🇹 for the local people who dont need accomodation, the price will be:

the closest airport is Faro. from there you can take either a bus or a train to Lagos and then another bus or an Uber to Burgau, or book a shuttle on line to get to Burgau from the airport.
