International Black and Indigenous Circus Week |
International Black and Indigenous Circus Week (IBICW) takes place as part of Philadelphia Fringe Festival on September 8-13, 2026. IBICW includes shows, panels, and workshops composed of and led by BIPOC circus artists. All events are in-person but some panels will be available on zoom as well for those unable to attend in person.
