The Nevada Arts Council Teaching Artists Roster features a diverse representation of individual artists and ensembles from Nevada and beyond. The Roster is designed as an online resource for schools, organizations, and communities to broaden and diversify participation in the arts through the engagement of artists in residencies and programs. The Roster artists represent a range of arts forms and all are experienced in collaborating with schools and communities to conduct learning in, through, or about the arts. The roster artists, selected through a rigorous review process, have program experience with at-risk youth, social services, special needs audiences, and lifelong learning.


APPLY TO BE A PART OF THE TEACHING ARTISTS ROSTER

Individual teaching artists, arts & culture groups, and nonprofit arts organizations interested in promoting arts-based learning experiences are encouraged to apply to be included on the roster.
Teaching artists interested in being a part of the roster may submit an application through the arts council’s online management system Submittable. New applicants to the system must create an account.

Applications open: Aug. 26, 2024, 8 a.m. PST.
Deadline to apply: Oct. 28, 2024, at 5 p.m. PST.
