I have 20 years experience in competitive gymnastics, and I have been performing circus professionally for over 15 years, from Philadelphia/New York entertainment to cruise ships and European festivals. I also served as an adjudicator for the AirStars Aerial Dance festival in Thailand. I specialize in hair suspension, general aerials, acrobatics, and artistic movement. I have created and co-created several evening-length artistic performances with multiple ensembles, touring to Mexico and Edinburgh. I have also directed and co-directed several ensemble performances. As an educator, I run a flexibility and handstand studio focusing on mindfulness and holistic balance through inversions and range of motion.
