2) Photo 3-5 good quality,can be - link of file transfer (Google disk, Drop Box),
Attached photo files, not to add it. Or Just share by the link on file transfer (NOT WE TRANSFER, as need look on video, NOT to download it)

3) 2-3 Video - Max 1 year ago made (youtube or file transfer links),(promo and full act).
If you write about many acts - so need for EACH act video of FULL act , not only: Promo,Demo, Reels, Shorts - Employer must to see what will be on the stage
Just Shortly name and timing of act and that all, no need description to the acts (if this is will be need, Employer will ask about that )

4) CV - Info about artists, experience of job, skills)
Cv must be PDF or Word File - and inside must be standart information (you can find in Google that and add list of the last Job Places or the best one)

5) Available exact dates of your actshow (day . month . year from - to )
Short Answer date from date to (01.01.2023-02.02.2023)

6) What of these documents do you have?
- STCW – basic safety + Crowd management + security awareness.
- ENG1 medical of equivalent seafarers medical
If you don't have these documents, are you ready to make it ?

- Covid 19 passport vaccines x3 ?
