Shaunah Johnson

Aerial performer and current student. Passionate about performing with goals to perform with Cirque Du Soleil one day. I have been training for 7 years with tissu, lyra, hoops, contortion, hand balancing and more. After 2 years of training I was hired as an instructor with Integral - the aerial arts group in Sydney and been teaching silks to adults and kids, lyra to adults and workshops, parties and privates. In 2017 I entered my first competition and took the title of Miss Lyra Australia to then follow with a second place silks solo in the Australian Circus Festival. In 2018 I was asked to come back to Miss Lyra Australia to judge and guest perform where I then used my routine to audition for The National Institute of Circus Arts (NICA). My audition was successful and I have now moved to Melbourne and completed one year of the bachelor. Along side of this I have performed multiple gigs in Melbourne and have furthered my training.
