Sebastián Jiménez

Biography
I am a Colombian Circus Artist with a gymnastics background who specializes in Hoop Diving.
I compete in artistic gymnastics since the age of 9.
Later, I performed as a cheerleader in National and International championships all while studying to become an Engineer.
I made the decision to quit College and came back to gymnastics, but this time specializing in Trampoline. I belonged to the Colombian Trampoline Gymnastics team. I competed in South American and Pan- American championships.
After I competed in Trampoline, I went to a Colombian circus school, where I met a Hoop Diving team, “Volta”. We worked hard, and in 2022 Cirque du Soleil called us to perform together in a Christmas show, TWAS. Now, I have performed acrobatics for more than 20 years.
I’ve won more than 70 national and international medals in my competitive career.
I’m certified as a sports training technologist and participated as a trampoline coach at the Academy of the International Gymnastics Federation.
I stand out for being apassionate and committed person who challenges himself every day to grow, improve and try new challenges.Here is my video:
