Sara Grassi

I am Sara Grassi, an Italian professional dancer and artist from 5 years, graduated in New York, and now based in Germany.

I just finished my second season at Europa Park, in Germany, after working here in the 2024, before performing at the Groot KerstCircus in Den Haag with Elite Showgirls. In the 2025 I’ve worked as dancer and choreographer for Robinson Club in Italy. Also I produced and performed, both as an actress and as a dancer, in the 2024/25 season at Teatro Blu in Milan, collaborating with European and American Directors and Choreographers. I also assisted, as rehearsal director and dance captain the assistant director and choreographer of the Theater Krefeld und Mönchengladbach in Germany, for the Italian tour 2025/26 in theaters as Teatro San Prospero, in Reggio Emilia, Teatro Batisfera, in Cagliari, Teatro della Concordia, in Perugia, and Sala Crespi, in Novara.

My career started in Italy performing in big regional theaters as the Manzoni Theater in Milan. Then, after moving to America, and graduating at the PeriDance Center, I performed for 3 years, as a principal in off-Broadway theaters and regional theaters on the East Coast, dancing for national companies based in NYC as Long Island City Ballet, Salvatore LaRussa Dance Theater, and Chloe Kastner Dance Company, with whom I also performed at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival ’22.  

 
Therefore, my main disciplines are ballet, with grounded skills in point technique and partnering, modern and contemporary, with basic acro and floor work skills, and dance theatre, with acting knowledge and skills; I’ve trained also in jazz, character and folk dance (castagnette). I’ve experience also in dance on stilts, arial hoop, lollipop and acrobatics partnering, as well as character dancer and mask work acting. In addition to composition and choreographic skills.
I’m energetic, passionate, a mix of peacefully floating contrasts, who’s always curios to discover and integrate within, and who’s starving to connect and communicate through any needed form of art the necessary message of nowadays life and world.
