Ruby Wratten

After studying Performance and Production at college, as well as Fashion studies- I decided to jump into my dream of becoming an aerialist/ circus artist. With experience in acrobatic gymnastics and pole dance- I decided to sign up to a four month intensive circus course at Aircraft Circus Academy in London. I fell in love with circus arts and have continued my training ever since in the hopes of proceeding with my career in performing. My passion for this art has driven me to try new things and I aim to continue in finding new ways to express myself throughout circus arts.

Aside from circus, I am also a fully qualified gymnastics coach- currently working as a lead coach. In addition to this, I have a strong passion for the fashion industry and I love sewing and creating new pieces. I have managed to merge my passion for circus and fashion by learning to create my own costumes and leotards- which I really enjoy. I then started my own company called TwistedCirquewear, where I aim to start selling these designs to those throughout the circus/dance and performance industry. I am so in love with this industry and love working within it, whether that be performing or creating!
