My name is Mitchell Eckert, I’m an Aerialist from Vancouver, Canada. I specialize in Aerial Net, Duo Aerial Hoop, Acro Balance and Contemporary Acrobatic Dance as well as have experience in Aerial Silks, Aerial Straps, Dance Trapeze, Aerial Chair, Chandelier and partner adagio/acrobatics. Before my Circus/Aerial training, I grew up as a competitive dancer, training in Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary, Hip Hop, Lyrical, and Acro. I've also had training in Cheerleading, Sport Acro, Horse Vaulting, and Acting.
I've worked throughout Canada and aboard Cruise Ships in the Virgin Islands. I have yet to perform in Europe but am very eager to get out and do so!
Myself and my peers would agree that I am a very Passionate performer and Creative thinker, very outside the box. I love the creation process of building a show and connecting with other artists.
If a great opportunity comes up which I don't have a visa for, I will do everything I can to help with that process!
