Maddie Bones

Hello!  I am a ground artist circus performer currently based out of Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.  My primary disciplines are banquine (base/middle), trio and duo partner acrobatics (base, middle, and/or flyer), and solo hand balancing.  I grew up in the world of sports acrobatics where I competed locally and internationally for 10 years.  After obtaining my Bachelors of Science in Biology and Bachelor of Arts in Dance, and a total of 8 years away from full time training, I finally decided to pursue what I am actually passionate about- performance and circus.  During and since that performance hiatus, I have trained in dance (modern, jazz, ballet, contemporary), handstands, hand to hand, banquine, and stilts and I have performed dance, hand to hand, and stilts professionally.

I have been performing since the age of five in various types of shows including acrobatics, dance, theater, musicals, and ensemble shows, and began performing professionally just this past year.  Outside of my primary disciplines and acts, I am also training in chair stacking and working on a female-female duo hand to hand chair-stacking act.  I absolutely love traveling and hope to tour and perform around as much of the world as possible!  When I'm not on stage, I love to choreograph dance or acrobatics pieces, especially group numbers and co-create live performance shows and theater experiences.
