I am a passionate and successful ambassador for the arts, events, culture and destination development with extensive experience in events, production, activation, and strategic planning leadership roles. I have more than 20 years’ experience in my native Australia, and overseas, having successfully led a range of high-profile major international events and productions. Having successfully delivered EXPO2020 in Dubai, for which I served as Vice President, Production & Operations – Events and Entertainment.
I have had opportunities to work with colleagues from all cultures, contributing to strategic planning, tender and budget processes, programming, creative and technical delivery, destination activation, and the delivery of productions, sport, ceremonies, tours, cultural events, arts precinct start-up programs and venue operations. My experience includes leadership of human resource policy and oversight of large teams to successfully deliver end-to-end scopes of works. I manage the development, delivery and marketing of major events and pride myself in my commitment to diversity and proven attention to detail across all endeavours.
My diverse experience includes high-budget productions, major international events, as well as community projects aimed at increasing visibility, accessibility, and visitation. I have pioneered innovative industry projects and enjoy the challenge of bringing a vision to life in new and exciting spaces and places. I have demonstrated an ability to align event management with overall strategy and creative vision for specific works.
