Since I was a child, I have been passionate about artistic gymnastics. I have practiced it for more than 15 years. Thanks to this, I discovered the circus, and in Medellin, my hometown, I co-founded Axioma Circus Company with a group of friends. We created multiple collective works, all with the goal of leaving a lasting impact on the people who came to see the show.
Between 2013 and 2016, I studied dance at the University of Antioquia (Colombia). Then I moved to the National Circus School for All (*Colombia*), from which I graduated.
I have 10 years of experience in various circus techniques, including Russian swing, aerial hoop, aerial straps, hair hanging, basic Banquine, hand-to-hand, flying trapeze, and Russian cradle bases. I have worked on over 600 shows between 2018 and 2021 with Colombian companies.
Internationally, I worked for two years in different seasons with the Italian company Circo Edintorni (between 2018 - 2019), taking part in the “Huracán Air Show” and “Amor Show”, and for almost two years at Sakura Circus Japan (between 2022 and 2023).
My desire and interest are to continue exploring and deepening my understanding of movement, participating in new projects, learning, and improving techniques to link them with other areas of art. I aim to expand interdisciplinary possibilities, growing as an artist and as a person
