COMEDY & CLOWN
A clown by nature, Cifonie works to be as well-rounded a troupe member as possible. His comedic work is rooted in a years-long exploration of improv comedy, during which time he made strides in character discovery, physical theatre, risk-taking, group storytelling, object work, and support-based scenework. His ventures with improv brought him to successful competition on an international level in addition to a performance residency and privately hired events. His work with clown mirrors his improvisational style; he values, above all, the relationship between clown and audience, and the relationship between scene partners--so that they might best know how to complement each others' natural play.
CIRCUS
Beyond his comedic work, Cifonie is disciplined in a variety of aerial and ground acts. Specialties include Aerial Rope, German Wheel, and High Wire.
