Jean-Yves Willems

Jean-Yves is a circus performer from Belgium. After 10 years of gymnastic and dance he discovered circus at the age of 18. He then joined a circus company in 2015 named Pyronix Production (Fire Juggling, aerialist, acrobat) with who he will perform in several countries of Europe (France, Italy, Switzerland, England,…).His life will take a big turn up when after an audition in London, he got selected as an acro-dancer to be part of the famous show « The House of Dancing Water » in Macau. He will be performing at there 3 years until the show closure in June 2020. His main disciplines are aerial straps, silk and acro-dance. His most remarkable events are: RENEW show/Alternative Theater Tokyo, NYE Show at Conrad Hotel Osaka, TOMORROWLAND 2018 (Belgium), Supercross Geneva 2017, Luminaria di San Domenico in Italy, Circus Festival Namur en Mai, Burn Crew Concept in Paris. His experience with both stage/street shows gives him a good understanding of how to entertain the crowd and he will do his best to bring up his background knowledges to produce the best show possible.
