Born without an off switch, My colleagues describe me as an energetic firecracker. 2023 graduate from the National Institute of Circus Arts (NICA) Australia, where I transferred my skills in dance, drama and my athletic background into both my solo skipping and aerial straps specialties. Since then, I've also expanded my specialisations into hula hoops, corde-lisse and fire flow where I've continued to perform them with my unique onstage theatrics.
Focusing a lot of my solo work around my culture as a Portuguese/Latino man as well as a member of the LGBTQIA+, I find a lot of joy bringing a variety of different characters to life. Being able to sew elements of my identity into my characters has always been something that makes my storytelling special to me.
A natural hype man, bursting with energy and volume as well as a great storyteller, I bring a unique spark into every piece of work I'm involved in, which makes me a great ensemble member to have around. I love pushing the boundaries of creativity and innovation with unusual ideas for both me and my peers to explore. As an ensemble member I love being able to help bring someones vision to life. my ensemble involvment has included dance, acro dance, group acrobatics, toss and banquine.
I consider myself a loud, silly, enthusiastic personality when collaborating with artists and when working as part of a team.
