Janoah the Jester

Janoah the Jester (ze/zir) is a Juggler, Unicyclist and Performer adept at both Traditional Circus, and Contemporary Circus that mixes in theatre, dance, puppetry, storytelling and performance art. Janoah's performances contemplate metaphor and its power in language, exploring the concepts of "circus," "jugging," "balance," etc. – but in ways that are completely accessible to six year olds too!

Circus-Theatre Stage Shows: hour-long themed family shows mixing 🙂

- "meSSeS: Solo circuS" in which the audience learns to juggle (with scarves) during the performance! Part Performance, Part Workshop, Entirely Entertaining.

- "rOng: a cOmmunity circus shOw" a collaboration with keyboardist Kafari in which the audience co-creates a circle of comfort, communication and curiosity.

- "SpinS" in which each circus act contributes a body-part to a life-sized doppelganger puppet.
