I am a highly motivated and organized person with experience in both administrative and creative work environments. A career in live events has given me skills to think on my feet, embrace challenges and solve problems. I have had the opportunity to work with and manage teams of differing ages, nationalities and backgrounds in a multitude of situations; many of them highly pressured. Years of experience have enabled me to stay efficient and calm in stressful situations, remain patient to challenging demands and most importantly never lose my sense of humor.

My experiences include: Costume maintenance to insure the integrity of Costume plot for touring productions, managing the daily operations of Wardrobe Personnel to meet expectations of company productions, running the daily operations of a Costume Shop, working with designers, showrooms, and vendors to envision character breakdowns, cataloguing and storage of costumes and accessories; managing/maintaining of production budgets and logistics, proficient in MS Office on both PC/MAC platforms, ensuring/enforcing SOP procedures that meet company requirements, attending tech rehearsals, scheduling fittings, stitching by hand and commercial/industrial machines, managed/maintained inventory/stock and utilized laundry and dry cleaning techniques to exceed company expectations.
I have set up backstage areas, supervised crews of up to 50 Union/ Non-Union members, acted as a Principal Dresser for Equity/Non-Equity company members, created costume piece inventory and dresser track sheets, ran show ques, set up dressing room areas, maintained wigs, arranged costumes for each cast on dress racks in sequence to appearance on stage to facilitate quick changes, and packed costumes for transport. I am also a cobbler by trade and have been responsible for over 5000 pairs of shoes, of which I refurbished, stitched, painted, dyed, resoled and quick rigged as to Actors/Performers needs. I have also worked closely with makeup, hair, and wig personnel in basic styling and maintenance, maintaining continuity and documenting a Costume Bible throughout the duration of the Production. These Productions have included Television, Print, Film, Theatre, Ballet, Opera, Costume Characters, Theatrical Circus, Cruise Lines and Large-Scale Traveling Productions.
