Friederike Kohring

Friederike Kohring is a contemporary circus artist. She was born in 1993 in the south of germany. When she was ten years old she joined the youth circus Waldoni in Darmstadt, Germany . From on then she developed her circus skills in various ways next to normal school.
After she graduated from highschool in 2013, she entered the Circusschool Codarts, Rotterdam(NL).Friederike graduated with a BA Circus Arts degree from Codarts, Rotterdam in 2017, specialising in Hand to Hand and Chinese Pole. Furthermore she developed a unique combination of Chinese Pole and Hair Hanging in Codarts.
After graduating she moved back to Darmstadt (DE) and is now working in various Shows and Acts. For example: she created “Camouflage” with Captain Sugar&the monkey puppets, "Im Strom" by Company Xir, is part of 2 productions of Scapino Ballett (NL) and worked with Collectif Pourquois Pas "Volonté des cuisses" and "Robo Circus" by Ulik Kahlert.
