I am the author of 'Circus psychology - an applied guide to thriving under the big top', a senior university lecturer in sports psychology, and a recreational aerialist. I aim to teach, create, and implement evidence-based programs which facilitate the well-being, mental health, safety, and performance of circus artists through-out their life span. I encourage the development of relevant psychological skills and knowledge which will enable circus artists to happily, confidently, and safely pursue their ambitions. I support circus artists during all stages of their careers, from the moment they make the decision to pursue a career under the big top, to after retirement from circus.
