Elena Damasio

My name is Elena Damasio, I am a circus artist specialized in Cyr Wheel and based in France.

I graduated in 2016 from the Sciuola di Cirko Vertigo in Grugliasco (IT) and I later got a bachelor degree in 2020 from Codarts, University for the Circus Arts in Rotterdam (NL). Between 2021 and 2023 I performed as an interpret in the show "Trait(S)" of the cie SCoM (FR) for over one hundred performances.

In November 2021 I created my first show "MOI-RA-I" together with the collective Trenina which mainly in The Netherlands.

In June 2024 my second show "À Mesure - Handle with care" created with the Cie Accompany ME, had its premiere in Lithuania. It is a 50 minutes show, suitable for indoors and outdoors and for an audience from 8 y/o onwards. 

Besides the shows, Elena is also a solo artist with some Cyr wheel acts. One of them is "A speciacl day of a Whildeer" in which Elena explores the world of a deer in a comic way.
